Sandu Pharma Board Reconstitutes Committees, Appoints New Director

Sandu Pharmaceuticals Ltd held a Board of Directors meeting on July 11, 2026. The board noted the demise of Managing Director Shri Umesh B. Sandu. Dr. Neeti Madan Kapre was appointed as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director for a five-year term. Shri Balram Viswanathan was redesignated from Chairman and Non-Executive Independent Director to Chairman and Managing Director for three years, subject to member approval. Consequently, the Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and Stakeholders' Relationship Committee were reconstituted.
