Adani Cement, comprising of Ambuja Cement Limited and its subsidiaries, has become the first in the Indian cement industry to adopt the Taskforce on Nature-related Financial Disclosures (TNFD) recommendations. This move sets a new benchmark for nature-positive manufacturing and sustainable construction, with TNFD-aligned formal disclosures commencing from FY26. The adoption builds on the Company’s existing nature risk assessment and disclosure practices, aligning with global best practices and supporting India’s climate and nature goals.
