Sapphire Foods India: Director Resigns, New Nominee Appointed

Sapphire Foods India Limited announced changes in its Board of Directors. Mr. Vinod Nambiar has resigned as Non-Executive Nominee Director representing Sapphire Foods Mauritius Limited. Concurrently, Mr. Vikram Agarwal has been appointed as an Additional Director in the same capacity, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Agarwal brings over 18 years of experience in private equity and is currently Managing Director and CFO at Samara India Advisors Private Limited.
