Sashwat Technocrats Ltd Closes Trading Window for Q3 2025 Results

Sashwat Technocrats Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for the purpose of financial results for the quarter ended 31st December 2025. This closure is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company. The trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by the insiders as defined under the SEBI PIT 2015 will remain closed from 1st January, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of results for the quarter ended 31st December 2025.
