Health X Platform Wins Tax Dispute, Demand of ₹65.19 Lakhs Set Aside

Health X Platform Ltd has announced a favorable outcome in its ongoing tax litigation with the Commissioner of Service Tax, Kolkata. The company had appealed a demand of ₹65,19,360/- for alleged contravention of the Finance Act, 1994 and non-payment of service tax. After multiple hearings and document submissions, the final order pronounced on July 30, 2026, ruled that the impugned demand is not sustainable. Consequently, the appeal filed by the company has been allowed, the demand set aside, and no penalties are imposable. The company stated there is no material financial impact.
