Saurashtra Cement Appoints Sonali Sanas as CEO - Paints Division

Saurashtra Cement Ltd announced the appointment of Ms. Sonali Sanas as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of its Paints Division, effective August 16, 2026. This appointment follows the resignation of Mr. Surender Bhatia. Ms. Sanas, who has been with the company for over 11 years and currently holds positions as Chief Legal Officer and Company Secretary, and Chief Human Resource Officer, will also continue as CEO (Designate) to ensure a smooth transition. Her extensive experience in various sectors and leadership roles, including her recent support for the Paints Business acquisition, positions her to drive the division's growth.
