SGL Resources Appoints Mrs. Himali Thakkar as Additional Director

SGL Resources Ltd announced board approval for the appointment of Mrs. Himali Maheshbhai Thakkar as an Additional Director, designated as Non-Executive Independent Director, for a term of five years starting July 27, 2026. The board also approved the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026, with an unmodified audit opinion from Ram Chandak & Associates. The company noted the resignation of Ms. Sona Bachani as Independent Director and reconstituted its Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Stakeholder Relationship Committee. M/s. Apurva Shah & Co was appointed as the Internal Auditor for FY 2026-27.
