SGL Resources Declares Audited FY26 Results; Appoints New Director

SGL Resources Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on July 27, 2026, approved the audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The company confirmed an unmodified audit opinion from its statutory auditors. The board also accepted the resignation of Independent Director Ms. Sona Bachani and appointed Mrs. Himali Maheshbhai Thakkar as an Additional Director (Non-Executive Independent Director) for a five-year term, subject to shareholder approval. Additionally, M/s. Apurva Shah & Co was appointed as the Internal Auditor for FY2026-27. Committees were reconstituted following Ms. Bachani's resignation.
