SGL Resources: ID Sona Bachani resigns; Himali Thakkar appointed

SGL Resources Ltd announced that Ms. Sona Bachani, Independent Director, resigned from her position and committees effective July 27, 2026. Concurrently, the Board approved the appointment of Mrs. Himali Maheshbhai Thakkar as an Additional Director, designated as Non-Executive Independent Director, for a five-year term, subject to shareholder approval. The Board also approved the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Statements for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, and appointed M/s. Apurva Shah & Co. as the Internal Auditor for FY 2026-27. Additionally, the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Stakeholder Relationship Committee were reconstituted.
