Schneider Electric President Systems Appoints New Internal Auditor

Schneider Electric President Systems Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Devender Kumar Sharma as the new Internal Auditor for FY 2026-27, effective August 12, 2026. He replaces Mr. Vinay Kumar Awasthi, who resigned due to a role change within the Schneider Electric Group. The Board of Directors also approved the Unaudited Financial Results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026, which were issued with an unmodified opinion by the Statutory Auditors. Additionally, material related party transactions were noted, subject to shareholder approval.
