Scoda Tubes Cancels Proposed EUR 7,000 Investment in Arvind sp.z o.o.

Scoda Tubes Ltd's board of directors has cancelled the proposed investment of EUR 7,000 towards acquiring 100% stake in Arvind sp.z o.o. The decision was made due to operational difficulties in remitting the investment amount from India, regulatory approvals, banking procedures, compliance requirements, foreign exchange and cross-border remittance constraints, and practical challenges affecting the transaction's feasibility. The board also approved the audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2026.
