Senores Pharma Subsidiaries Plan Capacity Expansion

Senores Pharmaceuticals Limited announced that its subsidiary companies, Havix Group INC (USA) and Apnar Pharma Private Limited (India), are undertaking significant capacity expansions. Havix Group will increase its capacity from 1.2 Bn units to 2.0 Bn units at an estimated cost of INR 18.00 Cr. Apnar Pharma will expand from 0.5 Bn units to 1.2 Bn units, costing INR 20.00 Cr. Additionally, Ratnatris Pharmaceuticals Private Limited is adding a new Prefilled Syringe (PFS) line with a capacity of 2.7 Mn units for INR 5.00 Cr. These expansions are expected to be completed by March 2027 and are aimed at meeting existing and future demand. Financing will come from internal accruals and IPO proceeds.
