SG Finserve Approves Acquisitions, Investment in New Finance Co

SG Finserve Ltd's Board of Directors approved the acquisition of 24.5% equity shares in SG Enterprise Solutions Private Limited, making it an associate company. They also approved the acquisition of 15.5% equity shares in Succesship Technologies Private Limited. Furthermore, the company plans to invest up to USD 5 million (approximately ₹48 crore) to establish a wholly-owned finance company subsidiary in GIFT City, subject to regulatory approvals. The board also approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026, and appointed Mr. Alok Bhushan as the Internal Auditor.
