Shemaroo: Mukund M. Chitale & Co. Re-appointed as Statutory Auditor

Shemaroo Entertainment Ltd's board re-appointed M/s Mukund M. Chitale & Co. as Statutory Auditor for a second term of five years, subject to member approval.
