Shivalik Rasayan Ltd Announces Closure of Trading Window

Shivalik Rasayan Ltd, in accordance with its Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading and Code of Practices and Procedure for fair disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information, has announced the closure of the trading window for Directors, Designated Employees, other specified persons, and Insiders. The closure will be effective from April 01, 2026, until the declaration of the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ending on March 31, 2026, and the two days thereafter. The date of the Board Meeting for the aforesaid purpose will be intimated in due course.
