Shoora Designs Appoints New Statutory, Internal, and Secretarial Auditors

Shoora Designs Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on August 1, 2026, approved the appointment of new auditors. M/s. TGB And Associates will serve as the Statutory Auditor, filling a casual vacancy. M/s. Keyur Shah & Associates has been appointed as the Internal Auditor for FY 2026-27. M/s. SSN & Associates will be the Secretarial Auditor for FY 2026-27, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM. The appointments were made upon the recommendation of the Audit Committee.
