Shoora Designs Appoints New Statutory, Internal, and Secretarial Auditors

Shoora Designs Ltd announced board approval for the appointment of M/s. TGB And Associates as Statutory Auditors to fill a casual vacancy. The board also appointed M/s. Keyur Shah & Associates as Internal Auditors and M/s. SSN & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for FY 2026-27. These appointments, except for the Secretarial Auditor which requires shareholder approval, were made upon recommendation of the Audit Committee during a board meeting held on August 1, 2026. The meeting commenced at 5:30 PM and concluded at 6:15 PM.
