Shree Hari Chemicals Approves Director Reappointments at AGM

Shree Hari Chemicals Export Ltd announced at its Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on September 24, 2026, the approval for the re-appointment of key management personnel and directors. Shri Bankesh Chandra Agrawal was re-appointed as Chairman & Managing Director, and Shri Sarthak Agarwal and Shri Nihit Agrawal were re-appointed as Whole Time Directors, all for three-year terms starting November 11, 2026. Additionally, Mr. Shri Ram Gupta was re-appointed as an Independent Director for a second five-year term, and Shri Amrut Urkude was appointed as a new Independent Director for a five-year term. These appointments and re-appointments are effective from late August to November 2026.
