Shree Krishna Paper Mills MD Naynesh Pasari Re-appointed for 3 Years

Shree Krishna Paper Mills & Industries Ltd announced the re-appointment of Mr. Naynesh Pasari as Managing Director for a term of three years, effective August 10, 2026, until August 09, 2029. This decision was approved by the Board of Directors following a recommendation from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Mr. Pasari, who holds an MBA in Finance from Walthan, USA, brings extensive experience in the paper industry, including accounting, marketing, finance, and governance. He is the son of Whole Time Director Mr. Narendra Kumar Pasari. The re-appointment is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming 54th Annual General Meeting. Mr. Pasari is not debarred from holding a director's office by any regulatory authority.
