Shree Ram Twistex Appoints Internal & Cost Auditors for FY27

Shree Ram Twistex Ltd's Board of Directors approved the appointment of Mr. Vishal Mehta as the Internal Auditor and Mr. Tadhani Niketan Govindbhai as the Cost Auditor for the financial year 2026-27. Mr. Mehta, with over a decade of experience in accounting and taxation, will serve as the Internal Auditor. Mr. Govindbhai, a qualified Cost Accountant and Company Secretary, will serve as the Cost Auditor. Both appointments are effective from May 13, 2026, for a term of 12 months.
