Shriram AMC Board Approves Unaudited Financial Results

Shriram Asset Management Company Ltd announced the outcome of its Board Meeting held on November 05, 2026. The Board approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026, along with the limited review report. Key management changes were also approved, including the appointment of Mr. Vikrant Kishore Gugnani as Additional Director, Vice-Chairman, and Whole-Time Director, effective November 16, 2026, subject to shareholder approval.
