Shriram AMC Declares Unaudited Financial Results for Q2 FY27

Shriram Asset Management Company Ltd announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026. The Board of Directors also approved the appointment of Mr. Vikrant Kishore Gugnani as Additional Director, Vice-Chairman, and Whole-Time Director, effective November 16, 2026, subject to shareholder approval. Additionally, Mr. Ketankumar Shah was appointed as Fund Manager and Mr. Hitesh Savanth as Principal Officer, both effective November 6, 2026. Shareholder approval will be sought via postal ballot for the director appointments.
