Each option entitles the holder to one equity share of ₹10 face value. The options were granted at an exercise price of ₹798.98, representing a 25% discount on the market price of ₹998.72 (previous day's closing price). The options vest over four years, with 20% vesting on the first anniversary, followed by 23% on the second, 23% on the third, and 34% on the fourth. The exercise period is within four years from the vesting date.
