Shyam Metalics and Energy Ltd has released its sales data for September 2026 and the second quarter of FY27. The company reported a significant 35.06% year-on-year increase in sales volumes for Stainless Steel in September, with average realizations rising by 22.99%. For the second quarter, Stainless Steel volumes grew by 28.45% QoQ. Aluminium Foil saw a YoY decrease in volumes (-19.10%) but an increase in realizations (+26.14%). Speciality Alloys demonstrated robust growth with a 16.17% YoY increase in volumes and 12.26% in realizations for September, and a 10.11% QoQ volume increase. Carbon Steel (Long) experienced an 8.37% YoY decrease in volumes, though realizations improved by 12.95%. Carbon Steel (Flat) showed a substantial 164.38% YoY increase in September volumes.
