Shyam Telecom Ltd Announces Closure of Trading Window for Q4 2025 Results

Shyam Telecom Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for Equity Shares, effective from 1st January, 2026. The closure is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the company's 'Code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading in Securities of the Company'. The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ending 31st December, 2025. The date of the Board Meeting for the approval of these results will be intimated in due course.
