Signet Industries Ltd: Trading Window Closure till Completion of 48 hours After Declaration of Quarterly and Yearly Audited Standalone Financial Results

Signet Industries Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for its shares. The window will remain closed from 1st April, 2026 till completion of 48 hours after the declaration of the Quarterly and Yearly Audited Standalone Financial Results for the quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2026. This decision is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 and BSE circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 2nd April, 2019. All Promoter and Promoter group, Directors, KMP's, Designated Persons/Employees, Connected Persons of the Company and their immediate relatives are advised not to deal in the shares of the Company either directly or indirectly during the aforesaid period. The date of the meeting of the Board of Directors to approve the Quarterly and Yearly Audited Standalone Financial Results for the quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2026 will be informed in due course.
