SIL Investments Ltd Closes Trading Window Until 48 Hours After Q3 Results

SIL Investments Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company’s Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders. The closure is effective from 01% January, 2026 until 48 hours after declaration of financial results for the quarter and nine months ended 31%! December, 2025. This applies to all Designated Persons of the Company (including their immediate Relatives), and Insiders covered under the aforesaid Regulations and Code.
