Farmico Acquires 74.64% Stake in Simandhar Impex

Farmico International Private Limited has successfully completed the acquisition of 22,81,615 equity shares in Simandhar Impex Limited, representing 74.64% of the company's paid-up equity share capital. This acquisition, finalized on May 21, 2026, was executed under the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, and follows a prior Share Purchase Agreement and Open Offer. As a result, Farmico International Private Limited and Mr. Chandraprakash Wadhwani now hold substantial control and have become part of the Promoter and Promoter Group of Simandhar Impex Limited.
