Simandhar Impex: Farmico International Acquires 74.64% Stake

Simandhar Impex Ltd announced that its Board of Directors has taken note of the completion of a share purchase agreement where Farmico International Private Limited acquired 22,81,615 equity shares, representing 74.64% of the company's paid-up equity share capital at INR 30 per share. Consequently, Farmico International and Mr. Chandraprakash Wadhwani are now classified as the Promoter and Promoter Group. The Board also approved the appointment of Mr. Lalit Naresh Nagdev and Mr. Amit Suresh Ninawe as Additional Executive Directors, and recorded the resignation of Mr. Mehul Abhaykumar Shah.
