Farmico International Private Limited has successfully acquired 74.64% of Simandhar Impex Ltd. by purchasing 22,81,615 equity shares. This acquisition, completed on May 21, 2026, triggers a change in management control. The appointment of Farmico's nominees, Mr. Lalit Naresh Nagdev and Mr. Amit Suresh Ninawe, as Additional Executive Directors on June 6, 2026, formalizes this control. Consequently, Farmico International and Mr. Chandraprakash Wadhwani are now classified as the Promoters of Simandhar Impex Ltd.
