SIS Ltd Acquires Additional 1.53% Stake in Updater Services

SIS Limited has acquired an additional 10,27,192 equity shares, representing 1.53% of the paid-up equity share capital, in Updater Services Limited (UDS). The total consideration for this acquisition was INR 21.59 crore. Following this transaction, SIS Limited's aggregate shareholding in UDS now stands at 54,82,582 equity shares, which is 8.19% of UDS's total equity. Updater Services Limited operates in the Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) and Business Support Services (BSS) industry, with a turnover of INR 1,762.41 crore for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. This acquisition is in line with SIS Limited's investment policy and does not constitute a related party transaction.
