Siyaram Recycling Reappoints MD & Whole-Time Director for 5 Years

Siyaram Recycling Industries Ltd announced the reappointment of Mr. Bhavesh Ramgopal Maheshwari as Managing Director and Mr. Ramgopal Ochhavlal Maheshwari as Whole-Time Director. Both appointments are for a term of five years, effective August 24, 2026, to August 23, 2031. These reappointments are subject to shareholder and other necessary approvals. The company confirmed that neither director is debarred by SEBI or any other authority. Mr. Bhavesh Ramgopal Maheshwari, aged 33, has a background in recycling and import-export, contributing to strategy and operations. Mr. Ramgopal Ochhavlal Maheshwari will serve as Whole-Time Director, not liable to retire by rotation.
