SJ Corporation Appoints New CEO, Directors, and Auditors

SJ Corporation Limited announced significant management and auditor changes following a board meeting on August 13, 2026. Mr. Prashant Kanjibhai Kalavadia has been appointed as the new Chief Executive Officer. The board also approved the appointment of Mr. Umang Kantilal Savani as Chairperson and Additional Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, and Mr. Ronak Vallabhbhai Kalathiya and Mrs. Mayuri Priyankkumar Savani as Additional Non-Executive Independent Directors. Furthermore, the company appointed M/s. Finava and Associates as new Statutory Auditors, replacing SDBA & Co. whose term expired. Mr. CA Krunal Pala was appointed as the Internal Auditor. The board also approved the reconstitution of various committees, including the Audit Committee.
