SJ Corporation Ltd: Auditor Resigns, New Auditor Appointed

SJ Corporation Limited announced the resignation of its statutory auditor, SDBA & Co., effective August 14, 2026, upon completion of their second consecutive tenure. The company has appointed M/s. Finava and Associates as the new statutory auditor for a term of five years starting August 14, 2026. Additionally, the board approved the appointment of Mr. Manojkumar Maganlal Finva as Statutory Auditor, Mr. CA Krunal Pala as Internal Auditor, Mr. Prashant Kanjibhai Kalavadia as CEO, Mr. Umang Kantilal Savani as Chairperson and Director, and Mr. Ronak Vallabhbhai Kalathiya and Mrs. Mayuri Priyankkumar Savani as Independent Directors. The board also approved the reconstitution of various committees.
