SJ Corporation Appoints New Statutory Auditor for 5 Years

SJ Corporation Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Manojkumar Maganlal Finva of M/s. Finava and Associates as its new Statutory Auditor. This appointment is effective from August 14, 2026, for a term of five consecutive years, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. The change is due to the expiry of the current auditor's term. The company also appointed Mr. CA Krunal Pala as Internal Auditor and Mr. Prashant Kanjibhai Kalavadia as CEO, along with new directors. The board meeting also reviewed the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.
