This acquisition occurred through an Open Offer, which successfully closed on August 3, 2026. Following this transaction, Kalavadia's total holding increased to 88,35,816 shares. The total equity share capital of SJ Corporation remains unchanged at Rs. 4,33,55,000, divided into 4,33,55,000 equity shares of Re. 1 each.
