Kalpesh Patel Acquires 0.71% Stake in SJ Corporation

Kalpesh Patel has acquired 3,08,140 equity shares, representing 0.71% of the total share capital, in SJ Corporation Limited. This acquisition was made pursuant to a Share Purchase Agreement dated January 30, 2026, with the existing promoters. An open offer related to this acquisition was successfully completed on August 3, 2026. The total equity share capital of SJ Corporation Limited remains Rs. 4,33,55,000, divided into 4,33,55,000 equity shares of Re. 1 each, both before and after the acquisition.
