Pintu Kalavadia Acquires 4.28% Stake in SJ Corporation

Pintu Kanjibhai Kalavadia has acquired 18,56,031 equity shares, representing 4.28% of the total equity, in SJ Corporation Limited. This acquisition was made through an off-market Share Purchase Agreement dated January 30, 2026, following an open offer that successfully closed on August 3, 2026. Post-acquisition, Kalavadia's total holding in the company stands at 1,06,91,902 shares, accounting for 24.66% of the total equity. The total equity capital of the company remains unchanged at Rs. 43,355,000, divided into 43,355,000 equity shares of Re. 1 each.
