S.J.S. Enterprises Subsidiary Expands Capacity

S.J.S. Enterprises Ltd announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Walter Pack Automotive Products India Private Limited, is expanding its manufacturing capacity by establishing a new facility in Pune, Maharashtra. This new facility, expected to be operational by May 2027, will consolidate operations from three existing plants into a larger, build-to-suit premise. The expansion involves a total investment of approximately ₹49 Cr, covering relocation costs, basic infrastructure, and lease of the new building. The project aims to improve operational efficiency and provide headroom for future growth. The expansion is financed through internal accruals and debt.
