SJS Enterprises Subsidiary to Set Up ₹81 Cr Manufacturing Facility

S.J.S. Enterprises Ltd announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, SJS Display Electronics Private Limited (SDEPL), has entered into an Agreement to Sub-Lease for a new manufacturing facility. The facility, located in Pune, Maharashtra, will be established on a Build-to-Suit basis and is expected to be ready for commercial operations by September 2027. The total investment for the facility, including Plant and Machinery (₹65 Cr) and Building on lease (₹16 Cr), amounts to approximately ₹81 Cr. This expansion is a significant step for the company's entry into the cover glass and display electronics business through SDEPL. The project will be financed through internal accruals and debt.
