SML Mahindra Announces CFO and CHRO Changes
SML Mahindra Limited's Board of Directors, in a meeting held on October 12, 2026, approved significant changes in its Key Managerial and Senior Management Personnel. Mr. Pushkar Patwardhan will cease to be the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) effective October 19, 2026, to pursue external opportunities. Ms. Manaswini Goel has been appointed as the Interim CFO and KMP from October 20, 2026, to December 31, 2026. Subsequently, Mr. Surender Kalra will take over as the CFO and KMP from January 1, 2027. Additionally, Mr. Ashudeep Saddi has been appointed as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and Senior Management Personnel, effective October 19, 2026.
