SML Mahindra Appoints Surender Kalra as CFO from Jan 2027

SML Mahindra Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Surender Kalra as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel, effective January 1, 2027. This follows the cessation of Mr. Pushkar Patwardhan, who is pursuing external career interests. Ms. Manaswini Goel will serve as Interim CFO from October 20, 2026, to December 31, 2026. The Board also approved the appointment of Mr. Ashudeep Saddi as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) effective October 19, 2026. These changes were recommended by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Audit Committee.
