SML Mahindra Appoints Ashudeep Saddi as CHRO

SML Mahindra Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Ashudeep Saddi as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and Senior Management Personnel, effective October 19, 2026. This change was approved by the Board of Directors based on recommendations from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Audit Committee. The company also noted the cessation of Mr. Pushkar Patwardhan as CFO and Key Managerial Personnel, effective October 19, 2026, who is pursuing opportunities outside the Mahindra group. Ms. Manaswini Goel has been appointed as Interim CFO from October 20, 2026, to December 31, 2026, and Mr. Surender Kalra will take over as CFO from January 1, 2027.
