SML Mahindra Appoints Interim CFO Ms. Manaswini Goel

SML Mahindra Limited has announced a change in its Key Managerial Personnel. Ms. Manaswini Goel has been appointed as the Interim Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel, effective from October 20, 2026, to December 31, 2026. This appointment follows the cessation of Mr. Pushkar Patwardhan as CFO, effective October 19, 2026, who is leaving to pursue other professional interests. Additionally, Mr. Surender Kalra will take over as the CFO from January 1, 2027. The company also appointed Mr. Ashudeep Saddi as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) effective October 19, 2026. These changes were approved by the Board of Directors based on recommendations from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Audit Committee.
