SML Mahindra Appoints New CFO, CHRO Amidst Management Changes

SML Mahindra Limited announced significant changes in its Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) and Senior Management. The Board of Directors noted the cessation of Mr. Pushkar Patwardhan as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and KMP, effective October 19, 2026, as he departs to pursue external professional interests. Ms. Manaswini Goel has been appointed as the Interim CFO and KMP from October 20, 2026, to December 31, 2026. Subsequently, Mr. Surender Kalra will take over as the CFO and KMP from January 1, 2027. Additionally, Mr. Ashudeep Saddi has been appointed as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and Senior Management Personnel, effective October 19, 2026. These changes were approved based on recommendations from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Audit Committee.
