Soni Medicare Ltd Appoints Mr. Lavi Kumar Mutha as Additional Non-Executive Independent Director

Soni Medicare Ltd has appointed Mr. Lavi Kumar Mutha as Additional Non-Executive Independent Director with effect from 14th February 2026. Mr. Mutha is an MBA and B.Com graduate with strong expertise in healthcare administration, financial management, and strategic planning. He is not related to any of the Directors/Key Managerial Personnel of the Company and is not debarred from holding office of Directors by any order passed by Securities and Exchange Board of India or any other authority. His appointment is subject to approval of the Shareholder in the ensuing AGM.
