Spice Islands Appoints Dr. Khorakiwala as Non-Executive Chairman

Spice Islands Industries Ltd announced the outcome of a circular resolution passed by its Board of Directors on June 10, 2026. The board approved the appointment of Dr. Huzaifa Habil Khorakiwala as an Additional Director (Non-Executive) and Non-Executive Chairman, effective June 10, 2026. Additionally, Mr. Nikhil Saran Mathur was appointed as an Additional Director (Non-Executive). Both appointments are subject to shareholder approval. The company confirmed that neither appointee is debarred from holding a director's office. Dr. Khorakiwala brings extensive experience from Wockhardt Limited and the Wockhardt Foundation.
