Spice Islands Industries signs MOU with Erva Food & Beverages

Spice Islands Industries Limited has approved the execution of an Agreement-cum-Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Erva Food and Beverages Private Limited. The MOU covers manufacture, bottling, packaging, supply, and marketing of Packaged Drinking Water, Club Soda, Flavoured Soda, and allied products. The company's CEO, Mr. Dhaval G. Chheda, has been authorized to finalize and sign the agreement. Erva Food and Beverages is not related to Spice Islands' promoters or group companies, and the transaction is not considered a related party transaction. The agreement is based on mutually agreed commercial terms and does not confer special rights on either party.
