SPV Global Trading Appoints Chhogmal & Co as Internal Auditor

SPV Global Trading Ltd announced a change in its internal auditor. The Board of Directors, based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee, approved the cessation of M/s. CAS & CO. Chartered Accountants as Internal Auditor effective September 10, 2026. Concurrently, M/s. Chhogmal & Co., Chartered Accountants, Mumbai, has been appointed as the new Internal Auditor from the same date. M/s. CAS & CO resigned due to a proposed transition within the Mahindra Group. M/s. Chhogmal & Co. brings extensive experience in finance, governance, and business strategy.
