NTPC Green Energy Appoints Dinesh Jain & Associates as Statutory Auditors

NTPC Green Energy Ltd has announced the appointment of M/s Dinesh Jain & Associates as its Statutory Auditors for the Financial Year 2026-27. The appointment was made by the Comptroller and Auditor General of India (C&AG) via a letter dated September 8, 2026. Dinesh Jain & Associates, established in 1984, is an empanelled firm with the C&AG and has extensive experience in auditing PSU companies, banks, and other entities. This appointment is a routine corporate action for the upcoming fiscal year.
